1. General Data Protection Regulation

The GDPR is a new EU privacy law that came into force on the 25th of May 2018. Its aim is to strengthen and standardise privacy laws across the EU.

The GDPR gives control of personal data back to consumers through tighter controls over those who host and process such data. It stipulates that people must have a legal right to access, correct, delete or transfer personal information held about them on any company system.

1.1. The company stores a minimal amount of personal data about its clients which are necessary for the purposes of meeting our contractual obligations with them. Under the terms of the GDPR, the company has the right to store, without explicit consent, any such data as are necessary for it to operate and pursue its legitimate business interests.

1.2. The company collects and stores no sensitive personal data and will never share the client’s data with any third parties.

1.3. In line with the GDPR guidelines, the client has the right to view, correct or request the deletion of any data that the company holds on them. Please simply contact us and we will respond within 14 days with a copy of the data held. The company will comply with any requests to modify or delete data where that request does not impact on its ability to pursue its legitimate business interests.

2.4. Google Analytics collects information entirely anonymously. It reports website trends without identifying individual visitors.
