Villa Liliane
Enquire about this villaThis beautiful luxurious villa was rebuilt in 1999 on the foundations of an old farm.
Nestled in a quaint authentic hamlet, the villa sleeps 2 to 6 people (+baby – there is a cot and high chair available).
The hamlet is extremely quiet with no shops, no church, no restaurants, not even a pub, therefore it is an oasis of tranquillity with hardly any traffic and it is surrounded by hills, woods and vineyards.
10 minutes’ drive away you have the town of Cogolin, where you will find supermarkets, all kinds of stores and many fine restaurants.
The property is surrounded by a spacious garden and a private saltwater pool (10.0m x 4.0m – depth 1.65m). The pool is regularly cleaned and can be heated in spring and autumn if necessary. It also has an alarm for your safety.
Regarding child safety around the pool, there is a gate with a latch and a lockable door, separating the house/garden & pool/garden areas.
There are 3 bedrooms, two of them have double beds and one has 2 twin beds (that can be made up into a double). There is 1 bathroom & 1 shower room as well as 2 toilets.
You will find a very well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you’ll need and a dining area that can seat 6 people.
There is a lounge area for your comfort with a large selection of books in the library (many English ones), a piano, TV and DVD player with many English films, a fireplace and WIFI.
Outside the property, there is enough parking space for several cars, a relaxing outside dining/chill area with plenty of seating, a parasol & BBQ area all situated within the 3 terraces that are partly covered with grapevines ensuring shade from the heat of the South of France surrounded by beautiful old olive trees.
For peace of mind, there is a safe at your disposal.
