The villa, built in Provencal style, offers a living space of approx. 130 m², ideal for 8 people. It exudes the charm of Provence with its old streets and fountains and the partially restored castle from the 11th century.

There is a very attractively designed living room equipped with TV (cable), and a fireplace, a low-lying dining area and an all equipped kitchen. From each of these rooms you have access to the roofed or open terraces. There are four bedrooms with double beds as well as two completely renovated shower rooms.

The lush and Mediterranean-planted terraced garden has a size of approximately 2,300 m². In addition to an exceptionally beautiful seating area under a shady pergola, there is a very attractive area with sun beds and a pool (8 x 4 m), equipped with a pool alarm.

This villa is not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility due to the many stairs.

Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the outdoor kitchen with extra fridge and washing machine.

Rental includes gaz, water, electricity, linen/towels and internet access. The villa is air-conditioned Pets not allowed. Cot available.

Grimaud

Grimaud, with its medieval and Provençal village testify of a history going back in time, to the Gallo-Roman era. Formerly the biggest village of the territory with 1000 villagers, Grimaud gave its name to the territory : “the Gulf of Grimaud” until the end of the XIXth century when it then became the current and well-known “Gulf of St Tropez”.
